RESOLUTION NO. 94-10 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF PARCEL 100-8-3, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, FROM A-R/5A (AGRICULTURAL- RESIDENTIAL/FIVE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO A-R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on January 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a rezone for the above described property to owner Tamera Holman of Golden Valley, Arizona, and WHEREAS, Parcel lOO-B-3 is located one mile south of Highway 68 and west of Aztec Road. The property is accessed from Highway 68 via Aztec Road south approximately one mile to the northeast corner of the property, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2325B indicates this parcel to be in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, the property is vacant with the area to the south and west also vacant. The areas to the north and east consist of scattered residential homes. The property is served by a public water system; however, there is no electric power to the property, and WHEREAS, this rezone is in conformance with the Golden Valley/Sacramento Valley Area Plan and is within the Urban/Building Overlay Zone, and WHEREAS, at the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended following: 1. This shall be approved through the recording of the resolution authorizing the rezone, and that the dedication and granting be shown via an acceptance statement and identified On the Parcel Plat. 3, Submitt61 and recordation of a Parcel Plat prep6red in accordance with Article 3.16 of the Mohave County Subdi vision Regulations and 102. 04-B of the Standard Specifications. 4. The parcels will meet or exceed their respective acreage exclusive of road easements. 5. Each parcel shall have legal access. 6. This action is in accordance with Arizon6 ReVised Statues Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11-832.
