WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on January 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval shOUld be granted for a Zoning Use Permit for the above described property to owner Alexander Lukshis of La Mesa, California, and , WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2445C indicates this parcel is located in Zone AD, an area of 100-year shallow flooding where depths are between one and three feet. Base flood elevations are shown, but no flood hazard factors are determined. A Floodplain Use Permit is required for development, and WHEREAS, the surrounding land uses consist primarily of commercial businesses. There are existing buildings to the north and east of this property, with vacant land to the south. The area to the west consists of residential homes, and WHEREAS, there is a 3D-foot by 60-foot building, a 17-foot by 55-foot mobile home, and a 60-foot by aD-foot fenced area located on this one-plus acre parcel, and WHEREAS, the zoning for this property is C-MO (Commercial- Manufacturing/Open Lot Storage). WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, MOhove County, Arizona, December 19, 1993, and posted December 17, 1993, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Boord of Supervisors, ot their regular meeting on Monday, January 3, 1994, APPROVED this Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein,
