PAGE 1 DF 2 rlOHAVE CnlJHTY BOARO OF "UPERI."=ORS Rf.CORD!MG FEE 0.00 ~c.'" , -,., ~~""'':''''f (...'-'''' " 'r ,C- v. ,,,",, ( ,I tv ., RESOLUTION NO, 94-192 ~~'."- Street Maintenance WHEREAS I the Mohave County Board of Supervisors at t.ileir meeting on June 6, 1994 accepted a letter of petition requesting that the r2maini~g etreet and street portions within Chaparral Mesa Tr-act 3021-B be accepted into the Mohave County Road System for maintenance; and WHEREAS, a public meet.ing was held on June 6, 1994 in the Supervisors' Chambel"s at. which time the res-ues t to accept waS discussed and considered by the Board; and WHEREAS, no One appeared to object and no written statement of objection opposing the granting of the request of said petition were received; and WHEREAS, an investigation has been made by the County Engineer and County Attorney who has reported to the Board that the design and construction of the str-eets oomply with Article ~.11 of the Subdi vision and Road Maintenance Regulations of ~iohave County, Arizona, for- paved roadways wherein it was established that: A. The rights-of-way were properly established when Chaparral Mesa, Tract 3024-B was recorded on or about June 18, 1992, and when City of Kingman Deed recorded in Official Records of Mohave County Fee Number 94-3728, BOOK 2344, Page 367. B. The streets have been properly laid out, opened and constructed without cost to the County within the confines of the right-of-way, and in accordance with the specifications outlined in said Article 4.11. Tommie Drive - from the north boundary of this tract souch a distance of 420 feet FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that these streets will be maintained only to the degree of improvement (SS No. 101.10A paved ro?dways) at which it is nOW accepted by the County and that Public Funds may be expended for the maintenance of these streets herein described if and when a public need exists for such maintenance.
