PAGE 1 OF 1 nOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECOROIHG .EE O.CO NC -MICROFILMED RESOLUTION NO. 94-180 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REQUEST FOR A ROAD NAMING IN A PORTION OF PARCEL 227, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, THE PROPOSED NAME BEING MARCUS ROAD, IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 6, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Road Naming-for the above described area, and WHEREAS, the proposed road to be named is accessed via Magma Road, then east on Earl Drive approximately 332 feet. Marcus Road extends north between Earl Drive and Destiny Way in Parcel 227, Section 4, Township 21 North, Range 18 West, and WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing Coordinator, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 11, 1994, recommended APPROVAL for a Road Naming subject to Mohave County the Commission the following: 1. Marcus Road as the proposed road name. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, May 22, 1994, and posted May 20, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 6, 1994, APPROVED this Road Naming as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
