'JOAH McCALL, MOHAVE COUN1Y RECORDER' 06/08/94 1'15 P,h, PAGf i OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECCRDI~G FEE 0,00 Ht , MICROFILMED RESOLUTION NO. 94-169 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A ZONING USE PERMIT LOT 14, BLOCK 5, NEW KINGMAN ADDITION, UNIT 3, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESIDENCE IN A C-2 ZONE IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 6, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a Zoning Use Permit for the above described property to owners Dave Gillman and Michele Barton of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the site is located west of Highway 66 and north'of Gordon Avenue, and WHEREAS, this Zoning Use Permit was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors per Resolution No. 91- 81. An amendment approved by Resolution No. 92-83 removed a condition for a mobile home only. This is the first Extension of Time for the Zoning Use Permit, and WHEREAS, the property is under new ownership and the new owners have requested the Extension of Time to allow a home to be permitted on the property, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 11, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a Zoning Use Permit subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution Nos. 91-81 and 92-83. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until March 9, 1995. " .. . . RESOLUTION NO. 94-169 Page 2 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, May 22, 1994, and posted May 20, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 6, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
