A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 5B,
NEW KINGMAN ADDITION UNIT 3, AND A PORTION OF THE W~ OF SECTION
33, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST FROM C-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) TO C-MO (COMMERCIAL-MANUFACTURING/OPEN LOT STORAGE)
IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of

WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting C-MO zoning to permit
open lot storage on the site, and
WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2165C indicates
this parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding,

WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission On April 13, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for a rezone subject to the following:

1. The parcel be zoned C-MO/1A (Commercial Manufacturing
Open Lot Storage/One Acre Minimum Lot Size).
2. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and
floodplain permits be obtained.
3. The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of
the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
4, The rezone shall not become effective until 30 days
after final approval of the change in classification by
the Board of Supervisors, as per ARS 11-829E.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, April 17, 1994, and posted April 15,
1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, May 2, 1994, APPROVED this
rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning
Commission and outlined herein.
