WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of of Supervisors held on May 2, 1994, conducted to determine whether approval Street Name in the above described area, the Mohave County Board a public hearing was should be granted for a and WHEREAS, the proposed street to be named is accessed via Highway 93 to Mineral Park Road, then northeast to the Old Boulder Dam Highway, also known as County Route 125. The street runs west from County Route 125 as shown on parcel Plat, Book 8, Page 45, recorded March 18, 1994, and WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing Coordinator, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 13, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for Desert Sam Road as the proposed street name. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, April 17, 1994, and posted April 15, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, May 2, 1994, APPROVED this street naming as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
