INDEXED #3 '" ff- \'\llcnomm RESOLUTION NO. 94-154 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A STREET NAMING IN LAZY Y-U RANCH, PHASE I, RUNNING THROUGH A PORTION OF PARCEL 37, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, THE PROPOSED NAME BEING LOS PINOS DRIVE, IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of of Supervisors held on May 2, 1994, conducted to determine whether approval Street Name for the above area, and the Mohave County Board a public hearing was should be granted for a WHEREAS, Lazy Y-U Ranch, Phase !, is located approximately three miles southeast of the Kingman city limits, The proposed street to be named is accessed via Hualapai Mountain Road to Lazy Y-U Drive, then southwest to Tomahawk Drive, then south to Buckboard Trail, then east to Stallion Drive, then south to Stallion Lane. The street to be named runs northwesterly from Stallion Lane, as shown on Parcel Plat Book 8, page 43, recorded March 1, 1994, and WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing Coordinator, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 13, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for Los Pinos Drive as the proposed street name. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of Mohave County, Arizona, April 1994, as required by Arizona County Zoning Regulations. general circulation in Kingman, 17, 1994, and posted April 15, Revised Statutes and the Mohave NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, r meeting on Monday, May 2, 1994, APPROVED this commended by the Mohave County Planning and outlined herein.
