A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ABANDONMENT OF A LOT LINE BETWEEN
LOTS 1617 AND 1618 IN MEADVIEW, UNIT 4, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 30
NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE
COUNTY, ARIZONA,
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on May 2, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an
abandonment of the above described property to owner Earl Morris
of Meadview, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the property is located east of Pierce Ferry Road
in Meadview Unit 4, The property is accessed from Pierce Ferry
Road via Crescent Drive, then east to Mead Drive, then south to
Overton Drive, then east to the property, and

Planning and Zoning Commission on April 13, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for an abandonment subject to the following:

That the original lot line between Lots 1617 and 1618
be abandoned.
