HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-139 t " ... f'j " . \)\J 'J , .j .' fto7') INDEXED I, ',_ MlCRORLMED RESOLUTION NO. 94-139 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF LOT 16, BLOCK A, GOLDEN VALLEY RANCHOS, UNIT 10, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-Rj2A (AGRICULTURAL- RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/1A (AGRICULTURAL- RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on May 2, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a Rezone for the above described property to owner Steve Westfall of Golden Valley, Arizona, and /()., ["'.":'1 WHEREAS, this parcel was originally rezoned on August 7, 1989, by Eugene Philhower. The conditions of the resolution were not met and no Extensions of Time were appl ied for, The new owner of the property is requesting an Extension of Time to meet the conditions of the original rezoning and to submit a parcel plat, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 13, 1994, recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time subject to the following: Mohave County the Commission for a Rezone 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution No. 89-143. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until August 7, 1995, WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, April 17, 1994, and posted April 15, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
