"Realizing that a fifth time extension is unusual, I offer
some background information, as extenuat:ing circumstances.
Th:is proposed subd:iv:is:ion was previously under ownership by
a developer who defaulted on the financ:ing. The original
owners, who are now in control of the property, took back
the property just over one year ago. At the time of the
last Extension of Time, the new owners had just pa:id all
back property taxes owing, and had water rights transferred.
They had hoped to cont:inue the processing of the project by
now, but have been unable to do so due to the econom:ic
downturn.
"The developers are, now, actively pursuing financing for
completion of this project, and are considering the
possibility of revision of the original plan for wastewater
disposal from individual septic system, to community sewer
system. Their plans will require a further Extension of
Time in order to continue the submittal process, and we ask
that you will support their efforts.", and
