PAGE 1 Of ~ MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDI~G fEE 0.00 He WCROFllM' RESOLUTION NO. 94-111 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF LOT 53, SO-HI ESTATES UNIT 3, TRACT 1019, SECTION 31, TOwNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST FROM R-O (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL HOMES ONLY) TO C-2H (GENERAL COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY FRONTAGE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on April 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a rezone for the above described property to owner Hazel Hadley of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located north of the Highways 93 and 68, on the east side of Highway 93. is accessed from Highway 93 via Chea Drive, and j unction of The property WHEREAS, the surrounding land uses consist of a commercial business to the northeast and residential homes to the north and east within So-Hi Estates Subdivision. The properties directly adjacent to the parcel to be rezoned are vacant, and WHEREAS, the site is vacant. There is a building pad graded along the north portion of the property along Chea .Drive and a small rocky hill covering the south portjon of the site, and WHEREAS, the property is adjacent to the Highway Of-way. WHEREAS, the notioe of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, March 20, 1994, and posted March 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, April 4, 1994, APPROVED this rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission and outlined herein.
