A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF PARCEL 5 IN THE SW\ OF THE
NW\ OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-R/36A
(AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/THIRTY-SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-
R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE
GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, the property is located south of Oatman Highway and
east of Sac!:'amento Road. The property is accessed from Oatman
Highway via Sacramento Road, then south to the property, and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board-
of Supervisors held on April 4, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
rezone for the above described property to owners Kristan and
Joan Mae Harrison of Carson City, Nevada, and

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, March 20, 1994, and posted March 18,
1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, April 4, 1994, APPROVED this
rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning
Commission and outlined herein.
