PAGE 10F < HOHAVE COUHTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDIHG FEE 0.00 He ~.IL;j .../:.;'~~ .!fJ...'.'.-.... -'~~ -'.:"-:',..;;.,==- RESOLUTION NO. 94-102 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A ZONING USE PERMIT ON A PORTION OF THE N~, SE\, OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 20 WEST, FOR A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (RV) PARK IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE IN THE LAKE HAVASU AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on April 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an El<tension of Time for a zoning use permit for the above described property to owners Havasu partnership of Irvine, California, and WHEREAS, north 0 fLake and the property is located west of Highway 95 and Drive. The property is accessed from Highway 95, WHEREAS, the property is been completed in connection Recreational vehicle Park, and and improvements have not the establishment of the vacant with WHEREAS, the rezoning for the parcel was originally approved per 80S Resolution No. 93-151, and WHEREAS, the applicant has stated-that due to bad economic conditions they have not yet been able to secure financing but still intend to and hope that they will be able to mOve forward, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission on March 16, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a zoning use permit subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance .wi th conditions of 80S Resolution No. 93-151. 2. This Extension of Time be in effect until June 7, 1995. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, March 20, 1994, and posted March 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. ~ - . . RESOLUTION NO. 94-102 page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, April 4, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a zoning use permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
