PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUHTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0,00 He .~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-100 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF LOT 113, BERMUDA PLANTATIONS UNIT 2, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM R-E (RESIDENTIAL-RECREATION) TO C- 2/25M (GENERAL COMMERCIAL/TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on April 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a rezone for the above described property to owners J.P. and Mary Gerami, Robert Stephens, and Leonard J. and Mary T. Mallis, all of Garden Grove, California, and WHEREAS, the property is located on the southeast corner of Harbor Avenue and Vacation Drive, and WHEREAS, the property is vacant been completed in connection with commercial business, and and improvements have not the establishment of a WHEREAS, the rezoning for the parcel was approved by BOS Resolution No. 91-8, and two Extensions of Time were granted by Resolution Nos. 92-183 and 93-276, and WHEREAS, the owner is requesting an Extension of Time to meet the conditions of the resolution approving this Extension of Time, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 16, 1994, recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time subject to the following: Mohave County the Commission for a rezone 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BaS Resolution Nos. 91-8, 92-183 and 93-276. 2. This Extension of Time be in effect until January 7, 1995. ,. . . RESOLUTION NO. 94-100 Page 2 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, March 20. 1994, and posted March lB, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, April 4, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
