'" f ~O) . itl:RORl.MED INDEXED RESOLUTION NO. 94-292 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ~lON O,L.'UMlLX.QIL,A REZONE ON A PORTION OF THE E~, NE~, SE~, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, FROM A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) TO C-2H (GENERAL- COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY FRONTAGE), IN THE ARIZONA STRIP AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on September 6, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a rezone for the above described property to James McArthur of St. George, Utah, and WHEREAS, the land is located south of 1-15 and west of the 1-15 Farm Exit, and WHEREAS, the criginal resolution required a number of conditions for approval; one of the conditions was the submittal of a Parcel Plat. A Parcel Plat has been submitted and is being reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Department. After submittal of the Parcel Plat it was discovered that the southern parcel was below the one-acre minimum. The owner has indicated that the lot line separating the two parcels will be moved to create the needed one acre. Once all issues are resolved the Parcel Plat will be recorded, and WHEREAS, the owner is requesting an Extension of Time to fulfill the conditions required by BOS Resolution No. 92-3, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on August 10, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for 'an Extension of Time subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution No. 92-3. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until January 6, 1995. Dr ~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-292 Page 2 " . . pAGE 2 OF 2 8K 2f60 PG 997 (FEE~94-o35fO) WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, August 21, 1994, and posted August 22, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
