A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RF;2;ONE OF LOT 6, BLOCK K, GOLDEN
VALLEY RANCHOS, UNIT 12, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 19
WEST, FROM A-R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIALI TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT
SIZE) TO A-R/1A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT
SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA,
WHEREAS, at the special meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on August 15, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
rezone for the above described property to Christine Soules of
Golden Valley, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the property is located west of Dome Road and north
of Shinarump Drive. This land is aooessed via Hwy. 58, then
south on Egar Road, then west on Shinarump Drive, then north on
Dome Road to the site, and
WHEREAS, the si. te is located in gently ro1l.ing hills with
several scattered residences located in all directions. There
are no significant washes or drainage that cross the property,
and
WHEREAS, there is a second mobile home located
property north of the primary residence. The purpose

Planning and Zoning Commission on August lO, 1994 the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for a rezone subjeot to the following:
1. The parcel be zoned A-R/1A (Agricultural-
Residential/One Acre Minimum Lot Size).
2. Submittal and recordation of a parcel plat prepared in
accordance with Article 3.l5 of the Mohave County
Subdivision Regulations, and l02.04-B of the Standard
Specifications.

3, Each parcel shall meet or exceed its respective acreage
exclusive of roadways.
4. Each parcel shall have legal access,

6. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and
floodplain permits be obtained prior to any
development. These permits will not be issued until
Parcel Plat recordation.
7. The rezone shall not become effective for 30 days after
final Board of Supervisors approval for the change in
classification, as per ARS 11-829E.
8. If these conditions are not met within one year this
approval will expire. If at the expiration of this
period the property has not been improved to meet the
use for which it was conditionally approved, the Board
(after notification by registered mail to the owner and
applicant who requested the rezoning) shall SChedule a
public hearing to grant an extension, determine
compliance with the schedule for development, or cause
the property to revert to its former zoning
classification, This action is in accordance with
Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter
6, 11-832,
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, July 31, 1994, and posted July 29, 1994,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their special meeting on Monday, August 15, 1994, APPROVED
this rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
