MOHAVE COUNTY RECOROER* 08/09/94 3:30 p,n, PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD Of SUPERVISORS RECORDI~ FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO, 94-271 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF. .Tl;ME FOR A R.E_ZOJ:l!~ OF A PORTION OF THE wl..;, wl..; SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, FROM A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO M/2A (GENERAL MANUFACTURING/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA, WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on August 8, 1994, a public hearing was ponducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a rezone for the above described property to Derryl Smith of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the land is located between I-40 and the AT&SF rail line south of the McConnico interchange, and WHEREAS, the owner of the property has moved equipment and some material, part of which will be used for a fence, onto the site, The site has been graded, and the land is being prepared for improvements, and WHEREAS, the owner is requesting an Extension of Time to fulfill the conditions required by BOS Resolution No. 92-l95, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on July l3, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Extension of Time subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution No, 92~195. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until June 1, 1995, WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, July 24, 1994, and posted July 22, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
