A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN .EXTEN$..ION OF TIME FOR.. A REZONE OF
LOT 1, BLOCK B, GOLDEN VALLEY RANCHOS, UNIT 14, SECTION 27,
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST FROM A-R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-
RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/1A (AGRICULTURAL-
RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA,
MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on August 8, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an
Extension of Time for a rezone for the above described property
to Josephine Parkhurst of Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the land is located south of Highway 68 and west of
Estrella Road, and

this rezone was granted in July, 1992, per BOS
92-238, with an Extension of Time approved per BOS
93-253, and
WHEREAS, the owner is requesting an Extension Of Time to
fulfill the conditions required by Resolution No. 92-238, with
the submittal of a Parcel Plat being one of the conditions
required, No Parcel Plat has been submitted to the Planning and
Zoning Department, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County
Planning and zoning Commission on July l3, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for an Extension Of Time subject to the
following:
l. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution
Nos. 92-238 and 93-253.
2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until July 6,
1995.

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, July 24, 1994, and posted July 22, 1994,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, August 8, 1994, APPROVED this
Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
