A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ZONING US], J:>.E,J:{MIT ON THE SE~, NEl:i,
SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK IN A C-2 (GENERAL-COMMERCIAL)
ZONE, IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS. at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on August 8, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
zoning Use Permit for the above described property to Glen Ludwig
of San Bernardino, California, and
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the surrounding land is vacant with a metal
building located directly west, and
WHEREAS, the area northwest of the site is proposed for a
single family residential subdivision. The property to the north
is zoned C-2 and is under the same ownership, and
WHEREAS, the plan proposes 380 R-V spaces, clubhouse, pool,
tennis courts and open space recreational areas, and
WHEREAS, access from Highway 95 to the RV park is proposed
on the northern and southeastern boundaries, and
WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2445C indicates
this parcel is located in Zones Band C. zone B are areas
between limits of the 100-year flood and 500-year flood. and Zone
C is an area of minimal flooding, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission on July l3, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for a zoning Use Permit subject to the
following:
1, The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of
the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
2. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and
floodplain permits be obtained.

3. If construction or use has not commenced wi thin two
years of Board approval of the Zoning Use permit or if
the use has been discontinued for six months, then
approval shall terminate at that date.
4. This Zoning Use Permit is subject to revocation upon 60
days notification by the Board of Supervisors if, in
the opinion of the Commission and Board, the continued
use of the property would be contrary to the public
health, safety, and welfare.
5. The R-V park shall not be constructed and/or occupied
until park plans have been approved, construction
completed and a satisfactory inspection performed by
the Mohave County Engineer.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, July 24, 1994, and posted July 22, 1994,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, August 8, 1994, APPROVED this
Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission and outlined herein,
