"( ',J ~94- "'"0400 'IlK 2430 PG OFFICIAL RECORDS OF MO~AVE COUNTY Al *JOAH McCALL, nOHAVE COUNTY RECORDf: 07/07/94 1.00 r.~_ PAGE i OF MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERvISORS RECDROI~G FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 94-236 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ON PARCEL II-N- B-A, IN THE KINGMAN AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR OPERATIONS FACILITY AND STORAGE YARD IN AN A-D (AIRPORT-DEVELOPMENT) ZONE, IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on July 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Specific Use Permit for the above property to applicant Jim Wilkinson, Executive Director of the Kingman Airport Authority, Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the proposed site is located east of Highway 66 in the Kingman Airport Industrial Park. The site is accessed from Highway 66 via Mohave Airport Drive, then southeast to Transport Drive, then northeast to the site, and WHEREAS, the surrounding area consists of a mixture of commercial and industrial business. The proposed site and the area directly northeast are vacant, and WHEREAS, the site is proposed for an electrical contractor operations facility and storage yard, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on June 8, 1994, the Commission recommendd'd APPROVAL for a Specific Use Permit subject to the following: 1. That the Specific Use Permit be for the establishment of an electrical contractor operations facility and storage yard. Any change of use will require a new specific use permit. 2. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and floodplain permits be obtained. 3. The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of the Mohave County Zoning Regulations and complianc'~ with Section 27.P (Site Plan Requirements). . , . . The rezone shall not become effective until 30 days after final approval of the change in classification by the Board of supervisors, as per ARS 11-829E. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, June 19, 1994, and posted June 20, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 1994, APPROVED this Specific Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
