A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT CORRECTING
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN BOS RESOLUTION NO. 94-34, A
RESOLUTION WHICH SET FORTH APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION
PLAN AND PETITION OF EXCEPTION FOR BEAVER DAM HEIGHTS, TRACT
3503, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE E!.z NW~, AND t1W';: NE't
SW~, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, LOCATED IN THE
ARIZONA STRIP AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held July 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an amendment
correcting the legal description of BaS Resolution No. 94-34,
which approved the Preliminary Plan for Beaver Dam Heights, Tract
3503, and
WHEREAS, wording to be deleted in the legal description
above is ~~, and
WHEREAS, BaS Resolution No. 94-34 was approved by the Mohave
County Board of Supervisors on February 1, 1994, following review
and recommendation by the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, while processing and entering the resolution on our
land use maps, staff discovered that the legal description
furnished by the civil engineering firm included land which is
not a part of this subdivision, and
WHEREAS, staff has been furnished a copy of the approved
Preliminary Plan with the legal description corrected, and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 8, 1994, the Mohave
County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the
requested amendment subject to the following:
1. Compliance with BaS Resolution No. 94-34.
2. No other changes to the-Preliminary Plan are authorized
by this amendment.

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation, in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona on June 19, 1994, as required by the
Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 1994, APPROVED the
amendment to BOS Resolution No. 94-34, as recommended by the
Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, subject to the
conditions outlined herein.
