PAGE t OF < HOHAVE eOUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS REf-ORDING FEE 0,00 NC RESOLUTION NO. 94-214 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION ..OJ': TIME J':OR A REZONE OF LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK HH, LAKE MOHAVE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 3, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, FROM C-2 (GENERAL- COMMERCIAL) TO C-2H (GENERAL-COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY FRONTAGE) IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on July 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a rezone for the above described property to owner Jack Speer of Phoenix, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located on the west side of North - Bank Street between Sierra Vista and Gordon Road, and WHEREAS, storage area fence; and the property is and is surrounded being used as a construction by a view-obscuring chain link WHEREAS, the conditions of the rezoning have not been met and a parcel plat has not been submitted. The owner is requesting an Extension of Time to fulfill the conditions of the original rezoning. Mr. Speer has indicated in a letter submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department that the property was recently purchased, and he was not aware that the zoning would expire, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning.- "and Zoning Commission on June 8, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of P&ZC Resolution No. 88-125. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until September 6, 1995. ~ ,. . . RESOLUTION NO. 94-214 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF '1 BK 2430 PG 371 (FEE~9~-40379) WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, June 19, 1994, and posted June 20, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
