RESOLUTION NO 94-209
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF
LOT 105, BERMUDA PLANTATIONS, UNIT 2, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 17
NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM R-E (RESIDENTIAL-RECREATION) TO C-
2/25M (GENERAL-COMMERCIAL/TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SQUARE FOOT
MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on July 5, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an
Extension of Time for a rezone for the above described property
to owner Lee Chambers of Flagstaff, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the property is located north of the Needles Bridge
and east of Highway 95 (Harbor Avenue), and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the original rezoning have not
been met and a parcel plat has not been submitted. The owner is
requesting an Extension of Time to fulfill the conditions of the
original rezoning. Mr. Chambers indicated in a letter submitted
to the Planning and Zoning Department that he is waiting for
sewer to become available to the site before development, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County
Planning and zoning Commission on June 8, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time subject to the
following:
1. .,~'Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution
Nos. 91-9 and 93-248.
2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until January
7, 1995.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, June 19, ~994, and posted June 20, 1994,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County
Zoning Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Tuesday, July 5, 1994, APPROVED this
Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
