A RESOLUTXON SE'1"rXNG FORTH AN ABANDONMENT AND REVERSION TO ACREAGB OF
LAKE RAVASU ESTATES, MORAVE CENTER, UNXT 1, TRACT 1168, EXCEPT BLOCKS
A AND B AND LOT 24, BLOCK E, LOCATED ON A PORTION OF SECTXON 13 LYXNG
EAST OF 1-40, SBCTXON 13, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST IN THB
YUCCA PORTION OF THE MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA.
WHEllEAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave COunty BOard Of
supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an abandonment for
the above described property to Triple G. Partnership of Kingman,
Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the area proposed for abandonment is located south of
the Yucca Townsi te and east of Interstate 40. The property is
accessed from Interstate 40 via Alamo Road, then east to the site, and
WHEREAS, the abandonment and reversion to acreage will create a
large parcel that will be more suitable for commercial and industrial
development, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property is proposing to rezone the
property to permit commercial activities, and
WHBREAS, the Mohave County Subdivision Regulations indicate in
Section 1.12-7 that the application to abandon streets or easements
shall be made pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes and shall be
carried on separately and simultaneously with any procedure to abandon
a subdivision or revert it to acreage. The abandonment of the
roadways is being processed separately, and
WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-26758 indicates this
parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave COunty Planning
and zoning Commission on November 9, 1994, the Commission recommended
APPROVAL for an abandonment and reversion to acreage subject to the

1. That LAKE RAVASU ESTATES, MORAVE CENTER, Unit 1, Tract 1168,
except Block A and B and Lot 24, Block E, located on a
portion of Section 13 lying east of 1-40, Section 13,
Township 17 North, Range 18, be abandoned and reverted to
acreage.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, MOhave County,
Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted November 18, 1994, as required
by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVBD, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this
abandonment and reversion to acreage as recommended by the Mohave
County Planning and Zoning C~ission and outlined herein.
