A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ABANDONMENT OF AN 8-FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LOT 127 AND AN 8-FooT PUE
AND DE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOT 128, MEADVIEW FOOTHILLS, TRACT 1198,
SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST IN THE MEADVIEW PORTION
OF THE MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave COunty Board of
supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an abandonment for
the above described property to Ken Parrott of Las Vegas, Nevada, and
WHEREAS, the area proposed for abandonment is located south of
Meadview and east of Pierce Ferry Road. The site is accessed from
Pierce Ferry Road via Meadview Boulevard, then east to the site, and

on the property line separating Lots 127 and 128. There are no
utili ties located wi thin the easement and the property is on a hill
which does not require a drainage easement. Citizens Utilities
Company has indicated that they have no objections to the proposed
abandonment, and
WHEREAS, Lots 127 and 128 are under one ownership. A home has
been placed on the property. The majority of the home is located on
Lot 127 with a portion of the home on Lot 128. The owners have
indicated that they would like to place a garage on the site located
on the property line and easement between Lots 127 and 128, and
WHEREAS, the owner is requesting the abandonment of the easements
so the two lots can be used as one lot, and
WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-13008 indicates this
parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and zoning commission on November 9, 1994, the Commission recommended
APPROVAL for an abandonment subject to the following:

Utility Easement and Drainage Easement on the south side of
Lot 128, Meadview Foothills, Tract 1198, Section 12,

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted November 18, 1994, as ~equired
by Arizona Revised Statutes and the MOhave County Zoning Regulations.
