SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF PARCEL 83 EXCEPT THB NORTHERLY 776 FEET
THEREOF AND ALSO EXCEPTING THE EASTERLY 450 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 1165
FEET THEREOF, SECTION 17 ~ 1Q, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGB 16 WEST, AS
SHOWN IN BOOK 406 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, PAGE 207, FROM A-R/10

(AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/FIVB ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE MORAVE
COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an amendment to
the Rezone for the above described property to Aimee I. Pernicano of
San Diego, California, and
WHBREAS, this amendment corrects the legal description by adding
Section 20, and
WHEREAS, the portion to be added has been balded and double
underlined, and
WHEREAS, the land is located south of Calle cedral and east of
North Bank Street. The site is accessed via Stockton Hill Road, then
east on Calle Chavez, then south on North Bank Street to the site, and
WHEREAS, this land is flat

WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on November 9, 1994, the Commission recommended
APPROVAL for an Amendment to BOS Resolution No. 94-349 subject to the
following:

3. That the Board of Supervisors accept's the dedication of a
50-foot road right-of-way and cul-de-sac with a 50-foot
radius bulb and two 20-foot radius curves at the
intersection of the above mentioned roadway and Calle
Grande. Also, that the Board accepts the granting of an
eight-foot PUE along the westerly boundary along North Bank
Street and Calle Grande, cont~nuing around the perimeter of
the cul-de-sac, and that the name of the road be known as
Corte de Suenos. The dedication, granting, and acceptance
requ~red by the Rezone resolution shall be shown on the
Parcel Plat and accepted by the Board of Supervisors upon
Parcel Plat recordation.

8. The Rezone shall not become effective for 30 days after

the Rezone have been satisfied.
9. I f these conditions are not met wi thin one year, this
approval will expire. If at the expiration of th~s period
the property has not been improved to meet the use for which
it was conditionally approved, the Board (after notification
by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested
the rezoning) shall schedule a public hearing to grant an
extension, determine compliance with the SChedule for
development, or cause the property to revert to its former

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave COunty,
Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted November 18, 1994, as required
by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave COunty zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this
Amendment to BOS Resolution NO. 94-349 as recommended by the Mohave
County Planning and Zoning COmmission and outlined herein.
