PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC "Ii oe \(1 ,;('" I ~yiJ RESOLUTION NO. 94-433 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF A PORTION OF THE N~, N~, N~, NW\, SW% OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, LYING WEST OF ARIZONA STATE HIGHWAY 93, FROM A (GENERAL) ZONE TO &-R/1A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a Rezone on the above described property to Sandra Soles of Kingman Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located on State Highway 93 approximately 10 miles north of Wikieup. There is a mobile home located on the rear port~on of the property, and the surrounding land use consists of commercial businesses on the north and south sides of the property, and vacant land to the east and west of the parcel. There is a small wash running along the northern side of the parcel, and WHPEAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on June 7, 1993, per 80S Resolution No. 93-168. The legal description was amended on October 4, 1994, per BOS ReSOlution No. 94-358, and WHEREAS, the applicant requested in a letter dated September 10, 1994, that the rezoning be extended for one year. The letter states, "The applicant has not paid her account in full with Mohave Eng~neering Associates, Inc., and Mohave Engineering Associates, Inc. will not record the parcel plat until her account is paid in full.", and WHEREAS, this is the first Extension of Time for this property, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before and Zoning Commission on November 9, 1994, APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for following: the Mohave County Planning the Commission recommended a Rezone subject to the "-. ,~ .. t . This Extension of Time will be in effect until October 4, 1995. WHEREAS, the not1ce of hearing was published 1n the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted November 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commiss10n and outlined herein.
