PAGE 1 OF 2 nOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ht RESOLUTION NO. 94-419 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF LOTS 18, 19 AND 20, BERMUDA PLANTATIONS, BEING A PORTION OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM R-E (RESIDENTIAL-RECREATION) ZONE, TO S-D/R-M (SPECIAL-DEVELOPMENT/MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the MOhave County Board of Supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval Should be granted for an Extension of Time for a Rezone for the above described property to Owen Development of Mohave Valley, Arizona, and WHEREAS, Bermuda Plantations is located approx:imately 13 miles south of Bullhead City and is accessed from Highway 95 by Harbor Avenue, then west on Levee Drive to the site, and WHEREAS, the property has not been developed for multiple family purposes, and WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on December 2, 1991, per BOS ReSOlution No. 91-313. On December 7, 1992, an Extension of Time was granted per BOS Resolution No. 92-387, and a second Extension of Time was granted per BOS Resolution No. 93-355 on December 6, 1993, and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting an Extension of Time due to "economic reasons" as stated in a letter dated September 27, 1994, and WHEREAS, this is the third Extension of Time, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before and Zoning Commission on November 9, 1994, APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for following: the Mohave County Planning the Commission recommended a Rezone subject to the 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution Nos. 91-313, 92-387 and 93-355. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until December 2, 1995. - . . , RESOLUTION NO. 94-419 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 8K 2f99 PG 886 (fEEJ9+-71274) WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted November 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meet.1ng on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commiss.1on and outlined herein.
