RESOLUTION NO. 94-418
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF A
PORTION OF THE NW\, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM
A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE TO R-MH (RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME)
ZONE AS AN EXPANSION TO AN EXISTING MOBILE HOME PARK, LOCATED IN THE
SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a publ~c hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of
Time for a Rezone for the above described property to El Rodeo Villas
Mobile Home Park, represented by Michael G. Swain, of Bullhead City,
Ar~zona, and
WHEREAS, the property is located approximately two miles south of
Bullhead City's city limits, approximately one mile east of Highway
95. The property is accessed from Highway 95 via El Rodeo Road, then
east to Mountain View Road, then south with the site being located on
the east side of Mounta~n View Road. The property is vacant, and
WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the
Mohave County Board of Supervisors on October 7, 1991, per BOS
Resolution No. 91-264. An Extension of Time was granted on December
7, 1992, per BaS Resolution No. 92-386, and a second Extension of Time
was granted on November 1, 1993, per Bas ReSOlution No. 93-306, and
WHEREAS, the applicant requested in a letter dated September 2,
1994, that the rezoning be extended for one year. The letter states,
"The property is currently vacant but is a vital part of the master
plan. We are in the process of conducting a feasibil~ ty study in
which the original park and this 2~ acres will be used for a 65 lot
subdivision", and
WHEREAS, this will be the third Extension of Time for this
property, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before
and Zoning Commission on November 9, 1994,

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted Novembei 18, 1994, as required
by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this
Extension of Time for a Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
