PAGE 1 or :< MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 H~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-416 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REQUEST FOR A ZONING USE PERMIT ON LOT 48, LAKERIDGE ESTATES, TRACT 3035-a, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 20 WEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MODEL HOME SALES OFFICE IN A SD/R (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT/RESIDENTIAL) ZONE IN THE LAKE RAVASU CITY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the MOhave County Board of Supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Zoning use Permit for the above described property to Jewett Construction, Inc., and Garland and Carol Pratt of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located west of State Highway 95 and south of Chenoweth Drive. The site is accessed via State Highway 95, then west on Chenoweth Drive to Kensington Drive, then south to Kingsbury Drive, then west to Hyde Park Avenue, then southeast to ~he site. The site is located on the southwest corner of Hyde Park Avenue and Stratford Street, and WHEREAS, the surrounding land use consists of homes and vacant land. The subdivision is about one-fourth completed with houses under construction. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
