PAGE 1 OF 2 nOHAVE COUHTY BOARD OF SUPERVI5DRS RtCDRDIHG FEE 0.00 N~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-415 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A ZONING USE PERMIT FOR A PORTION OF THE Nls, Nls, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MOBILE HOME AND RV PARK IN AN A (GENERAL) ZONE, IN THE ARIZONA STRIP AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on December 5, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determ:ine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a Zoning Use Permit for the above described property to GHFP Properties, Inc., of Carlsbad, California, and WHEREAS, the property is located approximately one-half mile north of Interstate 15 and west of Highway 91. The property :is accessed from Highway 91 via Pioneer Road, then west approximately 1,000 feet to the southeast corner of the property, and WHEREAS, the Zoning Use Permit is to establish a mobile home and RV park to be known as Pines to Palms Mobile Home and RV Park, and WHEREAS, in his letter dated September 16, 1994, the owner has requested a one-year E~tension of Time to develop the final as-built plans for the park, and are working with various Arizona State agencies in resolving a few outstanding issues related to various required permits. The project is about 50 percent complete at this time, and WHEREAS, this will be the First B~tension of Time, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on November 9, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a Zoning use Permit subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution No. 93-350. 2. This E~tension of Time will be in effect until December 6, 1995. ~ . . PAGE 1 OF 2 ~K 2~19 ~G 8?g <fEEt9,-?121Ql Page 2 RESOLUTION NO. 94-415 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, November 20, 1994, and posted November 18, 1994, as requ~red by Ar~zona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
