A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN DBANDONHENT OF THE SOUTHERN 20 FEET OF A
50-FOOT ROADWAY ON THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY, THE EASTERN 20 FEET OF A 50-
FOOT ROADWAY ON THE WESTERN BOUNDARY AND THE NORTHERN 15 FEET OF A 50-
FOOT ROADWAY ON THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE W\ OF PARCEL 194, SECTION
25, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL ARn,
MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on November 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an abandonment for
the above described property to Dean Thomas of paradise Valley,
Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the area proposed to be abandoned is located east of
Stockton Hill Road and north of Wilks Ranch Road. This land is
accessed via Stockton Hill Road, then east on Wilks Ranch Road to the
site, and
WHERns, the remaining 30 feet of the 50-foot roadway easements
on the northern and western boundaries and the remaining 35 feet on
the southern boundary of the parcel is being proposed to be dedicated,
and
WHERns, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on October 12, 1994, the Commission recommended
APPROVAL for this abandonment request subject to the following:
1. That the southern 20 feet of a 50-foot roadway on the
northern boundary, the eastern 20 feet of a 50-foot roadway
on the western boundary, and the northern 15 feet of a 50-
foot roadway on the southern boundary of the W~ of Parcel
194, Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 17 West, be
abandoned.
2. That the proposed abandonment be effective upon Parcel Plat
recordation.

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, October 16, 1994, and posted October 17, 1994, as required by
Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Thursday, November 3, 1994, APPROVED this
abandonment as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning
Commission and outlined herein.
