TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST FROM A-R/36A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/THIRTY-SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/5A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/FIVE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on November 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the above described property to Bill1e and Shirley Yeargin of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the land is located south of Huntington Avenue and east of Sharon Road. The site is accessed via Concho Drive, then north on Painted Rock Drive, then west on Brooks Blvd., then south on Taos to the site, and WHEREAS, this land is flat with no significant washes on it, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2025C indicates that this parcel is located in zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on October 12, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following: 1. The four easterly parcels be zoned A-R/5A (Agricultura1- Residential/Five Acre Minimum lot size), and the westerly parcel be zoned A-R/10A (Agricultural-Residential/Ten Acre Minimum lot size). 2. Submittal and recordation accordance wi th Article Subdivision Regulations, Specifications of a Parcel Plat prepared in 3.16 of the Mohave County and 102.04-8 of the Standard 3. That the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of a 42- foot road right-of-way along the westerly boundary and 30- foot road rights-of-way along the north and east boundaries, complete with 20-foot radius curves at the northwest and northeast corners of the parcel. . . If at the expiration of this period the property has not been improved to meet the use for which it was conditionally approved, the Board (after notification by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested the rezoning) shall schedule a public hearing to grant an extension, determine compliance with the schedule for development, or cause the property to revert to its former zoning classification. RESOLUTION NO. 94-401 Page 3 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Thursday, November 3, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission and outlined herein.
