PAGE 1 OF 2 MDHAVE COUNTY BOARD Of SUPERVISORS RECORDI~~ FEE a.oo HG MaOf1I.MED RESOLUTION NO. 94-400 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF PARCEL 26-7, MOUNTAIN VISTA RANCHES, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, FROM A-R/36A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/THIRTY-SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/7A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/SEVEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on November 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the above described property to Gregory and Lisa Troutman of Phoenix, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the land is located north of California Drive and south of Painted Rock Drive. The site is accessed via Concho Drive, then north on painted Rock to the site, and WHEREAS, this land is primarily flat with no significant washes upon it, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2025B indicates this parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on October 12, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following: 1. This action is in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11- 832. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, October 16, 1994, and posted October 17, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Thursday, November 3, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
