RESOLUTION NO. 94-388
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ZONING USE PERMIX ON LOT 62, RANCHO PALO
VERDE, TRACT 4138, SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A MODEL HOME SALES OFFICE IN AN R-O (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL HOMES ONLY) ZONE, IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE
COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on November 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for a Zoning use
Permit for the above described property to Glenelda properties, Inc.
of Mohave Valley, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the land is located east of Highway 95 and south of
Laguna Drive. The site is accessed from Highway 95 via Laguna Drive,
then east to Palo Verde Drive, then south to the site, and

WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on October 12, 1994, the Commission recommended
APPROVAL for a zoning Use permit subject to the following:
1. The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of the
Mohave County zoning Regulations.
2. The Zoning Use Permit for the model home sales office will
e~pire upon sale of the model home or when all lots in the
subdivision have been sold.
3.
That appropriate zoning, building,

4. If construction or use has not commenced within one year of
Board approval of the Zoning Use Permit or if the use has
been discontinued for six months, then approval shall
terminate at that date.
5. This Zoning Use permit is subject to revocation upon 60 days
notification by the Board of Supervisors if, in the opinion
of the Commission and Board, the continued use of the
property would be contrary to the public health, safety, and
welfare.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, October l6, 1994, and posted October 17, 1994, as required by
Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Thursday, November 3, 1994, APPROVED this
Zoning use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
