RESOLUTION NO. 94-384
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ~SION OF TIME FOR A ZONING USE
PENMIT OF THE N~, SE~, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST
FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN R-V AND MOBILE HOME PARK IN AN A-R
(AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA,
MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WIIEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on November 3, 1994, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of
Time for a Zoning Use Permit for the above described property to
Mohave Concrete and Materials, Inc. of Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the property is located west of 1-40 and north of the
1-40(Oatman Road interchange, and
WHEREAS, there are five site-built homes and two mobile homes on
the property. The surrounding area is primarily vacant. A concrete/
block plant lies to the west and scattered residential homes to the
north of the site, and
WHEREAS, a block wall has been constructed along the north and
east sides of the property separating it from the adjacent wash, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Use Permit was conditionally approved by the
Board of Supervisors on March 9, 1992, per BOS Resolution No. 92-68
and an Extension of Time was granted in November of 1993, and
WHEREAS, there have been no plans submitted to the Planning and
Zoning Department in connection with the mobile home park, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on October 12, 1994, the Commission recommended
APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a Zoning Use permit subject to
the following:
1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution Nos.
92-68 and 93-319.
2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until March 9,
1995.

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, October 16, 1994, and posted October 17, 1994, as required by
Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Thursday, November 3, 1994, APPROVED this
Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
