RESOLUTION NO_ 94-349C ~ A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RE,ZONE OF PARCEL 83 EXCEPT THE NORTHERLY 776 FEET THEREOF AND ALSO EXCEPTING THE EASTERLY 450 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 1165 FEET THEREOF, SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, AS SHOWN IN BOOK 406 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, PAGE 207, FROM A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/5A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/FIVE. ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the above described property to Aimee I. pernicano of San Diego, California, and WHEREAS, the land is located south of Calle Cedral and east of North Bank Street. The site is accessed via Stockton Hill Road, then east on Calle Chavez, then south on North Bank Street to the site, and WHEREAS, bisecting the one residence this land is flat to rolling with a small wash parcel from west to east. The land is vacant with in the immediate vicinity, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Maps #040058-20008 and #04005B-2l55B indicates that this parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, at the publiC hearing Planning and Zoning Commission on Commission recommended APPROVAL for following: before the Mohave County September 14, 1994, the a Rezone subject to the 1. Also, that the Board accept the granting of an eight-foot PUE along the westerly boundary along North Bank Street and Calle Grande, continuing around the perimeter of the cul-de-sac, and that the name of the road be known as Corte de Suenos. The dedication, granting, and acceptance required by the Rezone resolution shall be shown on the Parcel Plat and accepted by the Board of Supervisors upon Parcel Plat recordation. 4. This action is in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11- 832_ WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. . ," . -- - . RESOLUTION NO. 94-349 Page 3 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
