7, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, AS SHOWN IN BOOK 406, PAGE 212 OF
OFFICIAL RECORDS, FROM A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE
MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/5A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/FIVE ACRE

WHEREAS, the created parcels are in conformance with the Long
Mountain Area Plan, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on September 14, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following:

3. The Board of Supervisors accept the name of Avenida Lucia on
the east side of the parcel. and Avenida Marguerita on the
west side of the parcel. The new names are to be shown on
the Parcel Plat.

classification, as per ARS 11-829E. and all conditions of
the Rezone have been satisfied.
9. If these conditions are not met w.ithin one year, this
approval will expire. If at the expiration of this period
the property has not been improved to meet the use for which
it was conditionally approved. the Board (after notification
by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested
the rezoning) shall SChedule a public hearing to grant an
extension. determine compliance with the schedule for
development, or cause the property to revert to its former
zoning classification. This action is in accordance with
Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11-
832,
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner. a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County.
