RESOLUTION NO. 94-341
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RESCISSION OF BOS RESOLUTION NO. 92-321
WHICH SET FORTH A REZONE OF A PORTION OF THE SW~, PARCEL 13, GOLDROAD
STATION, UNIT 1, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH; RANGE 19 WEST, FROM A-
R/5A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/FIVE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO A-
R/1A AND A:-R/3A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/ONE AND THREE ACRE MINIMUM
LOT SIZE) ZONES IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOUAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conduoted to
determine whether approval should be granted to resoind BOS Resolution
No 92-321 whioh set forth a Rezone for the above described property to
Carl Shelton of Bullhead City, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the rezoning for this parcel was oonditionally approved
in October of 1992, with an Extension of Time granted in February of
1994, and
WHEREAS, in a letter dated May 6, 1994, the owner of the property
has requested that the Rezone for the property be discontinued, and
WHEREAS,
and Zoning

at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
Commission on September 14, 1994, the Commission
APPROVAL for rescission of a Rezone subject to the

WHEREAS, the notioe of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, APPROVED this
rescissi f a Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning
and Z .ssion and outlined herein.
