PAGE 1 OF 2 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ~ECORDl~~ fEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 94-339 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF THE N~, N~ OF PARCEL 228, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-R/IOA (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. There are a few scattered residences to the south of the property but no other development, and WHEREAS, review of FEMA Floodplain Map #040058-2l50B indicates this parcel is located within 20ne A, an area of 100-year flood, with flood elevations and flood hazard factors not determined, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on September 14, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following: 1. The parcels be zoned A-R/2A (Agricul tural-Residential/Two Acre Minimum Lot Size). 2. Submi ttal and recordation of a Parcel Plat prepared in accordance wi th Article 3.16 of the Mohave County Subdivision Regulations and 102.04-8 of the Standard Specifications. 3_ That the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of the west 42-feet of right-ot-way known as Verde Drive, the north 35-feet of right-of-way known as Burro Drive, and the east 30-feet of right-of-way known as Magma Road. ~ . . WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
