A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF THE w~, NW~ OF PARCEL 117, AS
SHOWN IN BOOK 1 OF LAND SURVEYORS, PAGE 44, LOCATED IN THE W~, NW~,
NE%, SE~ OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-R/10A
(AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/1A
(AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN
VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to

required by Ari:>:ona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, DENIED this Rezone
for the following reasons:
1. Lack of one-acre parcels in the area.
2. Lack of road maintenance.
3. General desire of the Golden Valley residents to remain
suburban.
