A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF A PORTION OF PARCEL 284 BEING
THE N%, SW~, NW\, NW\, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST,
FROM A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO
A-R/1A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE
GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to
determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the

recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following:

accordance wi th Article 3.16 of the Mohave County
Subdivision Regulations and 102. 04-B of the Standard
Specifications.
3. That the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of the
existing 50-foot right-of-way along Estrella Road, a 50-foot
right-of-way and a 45-foot radius curve cul-de-sac bulb
complete with two 20-foot radius curves at its interSection
point with Estrella Road. The cul-de-sac bulb will need two
20-foot minimum radius curves to make the transition from
the straight section of the right-of-way to the cul-de-sac
bulb. The proposed roadway shall be called Estrella Place
and shall be shown on the Parcel Plat and accepted by the
Board of Supervisors upon Parcel Plat recordation.

4. That the Board of Supervisors accept the granting of an 8-
foot PUE following the radius curves along Estrella Road and
around the perimeter of the cul-de-sac.

9. The Rezone shall not become effective for 30 days after

classification, as per ARS ll-829E, and all conditions of
the Rezone have been satisfied.
10. If these conditions are not met within one year, this
approval will be void. If at the expiration of this period
the property has not been improved to meet the use for which
it was conditionally approved, the Board (after notification
by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested
the rezoning) shall schedule a public hearing to grant an
extension, determine compliance with the schedule for
development, or cause the property to revert to its former
zoning classification. This action is in accordance with
Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11-
832.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.
