PAGE 1 OF 2 MnHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVIsnRS RECnRDING FEE 0,00 He RESOLUTION NO. 94-336 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A BEZONE OF PARCEL 13, GOLDROAD STATION UNIT 8, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-R/36A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/THIRTY-SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/5A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/FIVE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the above described property to James and Gail Cashen of Golden Valley, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located east of Desert View Trail and north of Quartzsi te Drive. That the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of a 20- foot radius curve at the southwest corner of Parcel 13, where Desert View Trail and Quartzsi te intersect, and the granting of an 8-foot PUE following the radius curve along the west and south boundaries of this parcel. 4. WHEREAS, the notice of hear:ing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, APPROVED this ended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning lined herein.
