RESOLUTION NO. 94-335
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF THE N~ OF PARCEL 204, SECTION
2, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL-
RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/7A, 3A AND 1A
(AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/SEVEN, THREE AND ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZES)
IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to
determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the
above described property to Stanley Wall of Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the

acre, one four-acre and one eight-aore parcels, and
WHEREAS, a north-south 30-foot road easement is proposed for the
north half of Paroel 204, and
WHEREAS, review of FEMA Floodplain Map #040058-2150B indicates
this parcel is located within Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on September 14, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following:

3. That the Board of Supervisors accept the dedication of the
west 42-foot right-of-way, the north 42-foot right-of-way
and the east 3D-foot right-of-way of this parcel complete
with two 20-foot radius curves at the northwest and
northeast corners of this parcel. In addition, that the
Board of Supervisors accept the granting of a 3D-foot
ingress/egress easement initiating from the north boundary
of the parcel and running south in the NW~, NW,< of Parcel
204. This proposed ingress/egress easement shall be named
Hano Road and shall be shown on the Parcel Plat and accepted
by the Board upon Parcel Plat recordation.

10. If these conditions are not met within one year, this
approval will be void. If at the expiration of this period
the property has not been improved to meet the use for which
it was conditionally approved, the Board (after notification
by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested
the rezoning) shall SChedule a public hearing to grant an
extension, determine compliance with the schedule for
development, or cause the property to revert to its former
zoning classification. This action is in accordance with
Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11-

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily
Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County,
Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning
Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at
their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, APPROVED this
Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning
Commission and outlined herein.
