PAGE 1 OF 3 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECURDING FEE 0.00 Me RESOLUTION NO. 94-335 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF THE N~ OF PARCEL 204, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST FROM A-R/10A (AGRICULTURAL- RESIDENTIAL/TEN ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/7A, 3A AND 1A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/SEVEN, THREE AND ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZES) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on October 4, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rezone for the above described property to Stanley Wall of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the Agua Fria Drive. There are a few soattered residences to the south of the property, and WHEREAS, there are several signifioant washes that run into the northern part of Parcel 204 and traverse southwesterly through the parcel, and WffEREAS, the property is proposed to be split into three one- acre, one four-acre and one eight-aore parcels, and WHEREAS, a north-south 30-foot road easement is proposed for the north half of Paroel 204, and WHEREAS, review of FEMA Floodplain Map #040058-2150B indicates this parcel is located within Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on September 14, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rezone subject to the following: 1. PG 185 (FEE~9.~59183l WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, September 18, 1994, and posted September 16, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
