RESOLUTION NO. 94-313
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ZONING USE PERMIT ON LOT 24, BLOCK
164, NEW KINGMAN ADDITION, TRACT 1103, UNIT 10, SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING IN A SD/C-1 (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT/
NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA,
MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on September 6, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
zoning use permit for the above described property to William and
Kimberly Militello of Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the land is located south of Jagerson Avenue and
east of North Bond Street. The site is accessed via Jagerson
Avenue, then south on North Bond street, then west on McVicar
Avenue to the site, and '
WHEREAS, this land is primarily flat with no significant
drainage on site. The land is vacant with single family
residences surrounding it except on the east and west sides,
which the applicant also owns. Utili ties are present in the
easement at the north end of the site, and
WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2165C indicates
this parcel is located in Zone B, an area between limits of the
100-year flood and 500-year flood, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission on August 10, 1994, the Commission
recommended APPROVAL for a zoning use permit subject to the
following;
1. The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of
the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
2. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and
floodplain permits be obtained.
3. If construction or use has not commenced within one
year of Board approval of the Zoning Use Permit or if
the use has been discontinued for six months, then
approval Shall terminate at that date.

4. This Zoning Use Permit is subject to revocation upon 60
days notification by the Board of Supervisors if, in
the opinion of the CommisSion and Board, the continued
use of the property would be contrary to the public
health, safety, and welfare.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was pUblished in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper' of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, August 21, 1994, and posted August 22,
1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 1994, APPROVED
this zoning use permit as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
