PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A R~~~ OF LOT 12, BLOCK D, GOLDEN VALLEY RANCHOS, UNIT 8, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST, FROM A-R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/TWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R/1A (AGRICULTURAL-RESI))ENTIAL/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on September 6, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a rezone for the above described property to Gerald Taylor of Golden Valley, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located east of Hopi Road and north of Moenkopi Drive. This land is accessed via Hwy. 68, then south on Estrella, then west on Shinarump Drive, then south on Hopi Road to the site, and WHEREAS, the site is flat and vacant. or drainage cross the property. The parcel be zoned A-R/lA (Agricul tural-Residential/ One Acre Minimum Lot Size). 2. Submittal and recordation of a parcel plat prepared in accordance with Article 3.16 of the Mohave County SubdiVision Regulations, and 102.04-8 of the Standard Specifications. Each parcel shall have legal access. 5. The parcel plat shall show any surface drainage and FEMA flood zones. 6. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and floodplain permits be obtained prior to any development. These permits will not be issued until Parcel Plat recordation. 7. The rezone shall not become effective for 30 days after final Board of Supervisors approval for the change in classification, as per ARS 11-829E. 8. I f these conditions are not met wi thin one year this approval will expire. If at the expiration of this period the property has not been improved to meet the use for which it was conditionally approved, the Board (after notification by registered mail to the owner and applicant who requested the rezoning) shall schedule a public hearing to grant an extension, determine compliance with the schedule for development, or cause the property to revert to its former zoning clasSification. This action is in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 11, Chapter 6, 11-832. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, August 21, 1994, and posted August 22, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 1994, APPROVEO this rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
