I am okay with cabin 16 renovation, keep it as close/under to $3000 as possible. You only have $15,800 left in Buildings
and Grounds (less than 40% left).

Kristin,
Please advise on how this may impact cabin 16 renovation? We have already purchased 1/2 of the materials
and equipment, and the Cabin is offline for 6 weeks only starting on Sunday. Anticipate $3-$4,000 to replace
water damaged walls, sheetrock, and aged water lines/electrical.
I would push to get this one done and we will hold on everything else that hasn't been started. Please let me
know.

With the Parks budgets being very tight, we need to cease all elective spending immediately. If you have any questions
please let Gaby or myself know. There are several line items that have been completely expended.
We have 6 months to go with this budget and we all have to make it work together.
