PAGE i OF 1 MOHAVE COUNTY SOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDIijG FEE 0.00 NC RESOLUTION NO. 95.48 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ABANDONMENT OF THE SOUTHERN 20 FEET OF A 50.FOOT ROADWAY KNOWN AS EARL DRIVE ON THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE NE 1/4, NE 1/4 OF PARCEL 231, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY GENERAL AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February 6, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an abandonment for the above described property to Hamid Zanjani of Anal1eim, California, and WHEREAS, the property is located south of Earl Drive and west of Mobile Road. This land is accessed via Highway 68, then north on Adobe Road, then west on Chino Drive, then north on Mobile Road to the site, and WHEREAS, this abandonment accompanies the rezone of Parcel 231. The owner proposes to abandon 20 feet of a 50-foot roadway which will be accrued to the total acreage ofthe parcel, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on January II, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an abandonment subject to the following: I. That the southern 20 feet of a 50-foot roadway known as Earl Drive on the northern boundary of theNE l/4,NE 1/4 of Parcel 231, Section4, Township 21 North, Range 18 West in the Golden Valley Area, Mohave County, Arizona be abandoned. 2. That the IO-foot Citizens Utilities Company easement be retained. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 22, 1995 and posted on January 20, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on February 6, 1995, DENIED this abandonment. MORAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
