PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He I; D07 RESOLUTION NO. 95-35 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF A PORTION OF THE SE 1/4, SE 1/4, SW 1/4, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE TO C-l/2A (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIALrrwO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February 6, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for the above described property to owner Dennis GootradofWestlake Village, California, and WHEREAS, the property is located two miles south of Bullhead City, east of Highway 95 and north ofEl Rodeo Road. No improvements have been made in connection to the proposed commercial site, and WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on January 6,1992, per Resolution No. 92-5. On February 1, 1993, an Extension of Time was granted per BOS Resolution No. 93-29 and a second Extension of Time was granted per BOS Resolution No. 94-40 on February 1, 1994, and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting an Extension of Time due to "economic conditions and access to the sewer line" as stated in his letter dated October 28, 1994, and WHEREAS, this will be the third Extension of Time, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on January 11, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a rezone subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions ofBOS Resolution Nos, 92-5, 93-29 and 94-40. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until January 6, 1996. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 22,1995, and posted January 20,1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. . . RESOLUTION NO. 95-35 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 2626 PG 57Q (FEE~95- 7517) NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, February 6, 1995, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Plarming and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
